Is this a loan?
No, this is not a loan. LytePay provides the service of advancing your commission and charges a single processing fee charge per advance. There will never be interest charges to your advance requests.
How do I sign-up?
Visit https://web.lytepay.co/register to sign-up for free with your email address.
How to apply for advance commission? What is the process?
You can register for free at LytePay, and will be asked to verify your identity with your mobile number, email, and CEA number. If your property agency is a client of LytePay, you will be able to able to request for instant payment (ie. commission advance).
If you are an ERA or PropNex agents: You will be able to request for your LyteMoney and get it within 1 business day.
If you are an agent from SRI, Huttons or Knight Frank: Your request will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. After approval, you will still have a choice to accept or decline it. You will receive your commission advance 1-2 business days after you accept it.
Is there a maximum or minimum amount I can advance?
If you are an ERA or PropNex agent: In most instances, you may advance up to $200,000 of your net commissions per transaction. There is a minimum of $500 per transaction
If you are an agent from SRI, Huttons or Knight Frank: You can request up to 80% of your net commission per transaction.
What’s your processing fee?
If you are an ERA or PropNex agent: We charge a flat fee of 3.5% per cashout.
If you are an agent from SRI, Huttons or Knight Frank: We charge a one-time fee that is dynamically calculated. The fee will be clearly displayed on your request form before you submit your request.
What’s the repayment process?
Whenever your commissions eventually get paid to your agency, they will deduct the amount you have advanced from LytePay before directly transferring the remainder to you. It’s seamless, and you will never have to remember to do anything yourself.
Is LytePay licensed?
LytePay Pte Ltd is a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act to provide (i) account issuance service; (ii) domestic money transfer service; and (iii) cross-border money transfer service. Please note that this does not mean you will be able to recover all the money you paid to if LytePay’s business fails.
