How is my LyteMoney calculated?

Via LytePay’s algorithm, your LyteMoney is an overall amount that is calculated automatically and dynamically from all your outstanding commissions (accounts receivable). The algorithm is based on many factors such as transaction statuses, time, and other risk factors.

This means your LyteMoney changes on a daily basis.

It is completely normal for your LyteMoney to be zero, even if you have outstanding commission(s). Possible factors that may contribute to this:

  • Your outstanding commission(s) is/are not eligible yet to be added to your Lytemoney
  • Your outstanding commission(s) data is not shared by your agency yet
  • You have cashed out all your LyteMoney

There’s no further action required on your part. When your LyteMoney increases, you will receive an email and SMS notification.

Our algorithm decides on the portion of your comm that’s added to your LyteMoney. Your LyteMoney will be automatically updated as we receive more updated data from your agency.

There’s no further action required on your part. When your LyteMoney increases, you will receive an email and SMS notification.

Your LyteMoney gets automatically updated everyday based on our algorithm. Possible factors that may contribute to this:

  • One (or more) of your outstanding commission has been marked as “paid” by your agency, hence it’s no longer eligible to be added to your LyteMoney balance
  • Our algorithm calculation has changed

There’s no further action required on your part. When your LyteMoney increases, you will receive an email and SMS notification.

Our algorithm automatically decides the eligibility of each outstanding commission.

It’s important to note that your cashout is not linked to a single commission. Your agency will deduct from your next payment to repay back your outstanding amount on LytePay. You can view your outstanding amount on the “Transactions” page after you’ve logged in to LytePay.

Currently, we are unable to manually expedite your outstanding commission to be added to your LyteMoney balance.
