About LytePay
How does LytePay work with ERA?
We work closely with ERA to provide commission advance service (projects, resales, tagger-fees, incentives) to ERA property agents.
When a cash out request is submitted by an ERA agent, LytePay will proceed with transferring the requested payment amount to the ERA agent’s registered bank account.
Is it free to sign up?
Yes, it is free to sign up for a LytePay account.
If I sign-up, does that mean all commissions will now go through LytePay?
No. If you do not submit a cash out request, ERA will continue to pay your commissions the usual way.
How do I sign-up?
Sign up for free here, using your agency-registered email address and mobile. Ensure that your email address, mobile, agency, identity (via SingPass), and bank account are verified.
When can I start cashing out after signing up?
Upon completion of the sign-up process, your account will be verified by LytePay within 1 business day. After which, you can start submitting your cash out requests.
Is LytePay safe to use?
LytePay Pte Ltd is a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act to provide (i) account issuance service; (ii) domestic money transfer service; and (iii) cross-border money transfer service.
What is the repayment process between ERA and LytePay?
On a first-in-first-out basis, ERA will deduct the cash out amount that was requested by the agent from his/her next commission. This amount will be used to repay LytePay.
This is done automatically between ERA and LytePay. There is no extra manual work required by ERA agents to repay LytePay.
Is LytePay providing a loan?
No. LytePay is not providing a loan. LytePay provides a commission advance service and charges a flat-rate fee of 3.5% per cash out request. There are no interest charges nor hidden fees.

What is LyteMoney?
LyteMoney is the available commission that you can cash out.
How is LyteMoney calculated?
LyteMoney is calculated automatically and dynamically via algorithm. The algorithm is based on many factors such as transaction statuses, time, and other risk factors. This means your LyteMoney may change daily.
Rest assured, when your LyteMoney increases, you’ll be notified by LytePay via email and SMS.
How do I check how much LyteMoney I have?
Firstly, you must have signed up with LytePay. Ensure that your email address, mobile, agency, identity (via SingPass), and bank account are verified.
Once you’ve completed the above, you will be able to see your LyteMoney on the dashboard.
About Cash Out Requests
What’s the processing fee for LyteMoney cashout?
You only pay a one-time flat fee of 3.5% per cash out request.
For example, if you cash out $1,000, you only pay $35. There are no interest fees nor hidden charges.
Rest assured; the processing fee amount will appear on the request form before you submit the cash out request.
How to submit a cash out request?
Login here. On the LytePay dashboard, click on Cash Out.
Simply input the amount you would like to cash out, enter the reward code if you are using one, and click submit to proceed with the cash out request.
How soon will I receive my cash out?
Upon submission of a cash out request, you will receive the commission amount in your bank account in 1 business day.
You will receive an email and SMS notification from LytePay once the transfer is complete.
How do I check my outstanding amount owing to LytePay?
Login here. Click on “Transactions” on the menu button at the top left-hand corner of your screen.
Which types of sale transactions can I request cash outs from?
You can use LytePay for projects, resales, tagger-fees, project incentives, and project bonuses.
How will I receive my cash out?
Your requested commission amount will be transferred to the bank account that you registered with LytePay. This will be done via FAST transfer.
You will receive an email and SMS notification from LytePay once the transfer is complete.
Is there a maximum or minimum amount I can cashout?
There is a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $100,000 per cash out request.
Can I choose a specific commission to cash out from?
No. Your cash out is not linked to a specific commission. Hence, the repayment from ERA to LytePay is also not linked to a specific commission.
ERA will deduct from your next incoming commission to repay your outstanding amount to LytePay. This is done automatically, so you don’t have to worry about repaying the amount you’ve cashed out.
About Referrals
How do I refer a friend?
Fill out the referral form here.
In the relevant fields, submit your friend’s agency-registered email and mobile number. Get your friend to complete the sign-up process here. Please ensure that you notify your friend that you will be sharing his/her contact details with Lyte.
For a referral to be considered successful, your friend must fully complete the sign-up process by verifying their email address, mobile, agency, identity (via SingPass) and have their bank statement uploaded.
To ensure that you qualify as a referrer, you have to be an existing LytePay user and have your bank statement uploaded.
Who can I refer?
You can refer a friend to LytePay, as long as they are a registered property agent in Singapore and is from the same agency as you. The referred friend must not be an existing user of LytePay before your referral.
Is there a referral promotion running?
We run referral promotions from time to time. Do keep a look out for promotional updates on our website, in your emails, or our Instagram page.
After I refer my friend, when will I receive my referral reward?
Once we have verified that your referred friend has signed up, your referral reward will be sent to your LytePay-registered bank account within 5 business days.
